- Full Time Regular Bachelors’ Degree of three years in Science (B.Sc) with Physics and Mathematics. OR
- Full Time Regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any discipline. (Physics & Mathematics should be subjects in any one of the semesters curriculum).

AAI Junior Executive Recruitment Selection Process 2025 |
Computer-Based Test (CBT) is the First Stage
The first stage of selection is a Computer-Based Test (CBT). Only those who are found provisionally eligible based on the information in their application forms will be allowed to appear. Admit cards for the test will be issued through the AAI website and your registered email. Check both regularly, including your spam folder.
No Negative Marking in the Exam
There is no negative marking in the CBT. That’s good news for candidates. The official syllabus will be available on the AAI website under the “Syllabus” section for Advt No: 02/2025/CHQ. It’s recommended that you prepare strictly as per the syllabus.
What Happens After the CBT?
If you perform well in the CBT, you may be shortlisted for the next steps. These may include:
- Application Verification
- Voice Test
- Psychoactive Substances Test
- Psychological Assessment
- Physical Medical Examination
- Background Verification
Only those who clear the CBT with good scores will be invited for these stages.
Shortlisted Candidates and Call Letters
The roll numbers of shortlisted candidates will be published on the official AAI website. Make sure to visit the site regularly and check your email (including spam folder) for call letters and other updates.
Required Documents for Verification
During the Application Verification round, you must bring:
- All original documents
- A valid photo ID
- One set of self-attested photocopies
If your identity is unclear or if any mismatch is found in the documents, your application will be rejected immediately. You won’t be given extra time to produce the originals.
If You’re Already Working in Government or PSU
Candidates currently working in Central or State Government, PSU, or any autonomous body must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer. Submitting a resignation letter or application for NOC will not be accepted in place of the actual NOC.
Psychoactive Substances Test
This test will check for the following substances:
- Amphetamines
- Opiates
- Cannabis (THC)
- Cocaine
- Barbiturates
- Benzodiazepines
If your screening test is positive, it will be sent for confirmation. If confirmed, your candidature will be disqualified.
Final Selection is Based on Merit
The final selection will be based on your CBT score and other clearances. These include a negative report in the psychoactive substance test, passing the voice test, psychological assessment, physical medical exam, and successful background verification. You must also meet all eligibility requirements for the post.
Offer Letter and Training
Candidates who are provisionally selected will receive their offer letters through their email and the AAI website. Once you complete background verification, you will begin training and receive basic pay with allowances.
Before joining, you will be required to sign a surety bond of ₹7 Lakhs agreeing to serve AAI for three years after training.
ICAO Language Proficiency Requirement
During training, you must also clear the ICAO Level 4 (Operational) language proficiency test. If you fail to do so, your services may be terminated.

AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 On-line Registration and Submission process will be terminated by 24 May 2025 at 23.59 hrs. Candidature of such applicants who fail to complete online submission of AAI Junior Executive application form by stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
