Airports Authority of India Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited (AAICLAS) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Airports Authority of India. AAICLAS is responsible for providing cargo handling and allied services at various airports in India. To ensure the safety and security of the cargo and the passengers, AAICLAS hires Security Screeners who perform the crucial task of screening the cargo and the passengers.

Document Verification: Candidates who clear the interview will be subjected to a background verification process. The background verification process includes a check of the candidate’s educational and employment history, criminal record, and character reference check.

Written Test: The selection process will involve a written examination, followed by an interaction and document verification. The venue for this process will be communicated through the call letter, which will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID. Candidates possessing an NCC “C” level certificate may be exempted from the written examination and can directly participate in the interaction round, provided they meet the requirements of medical fitness and physical strength.

Medical Examination: Candidates who clear the background verification will be called for a medical examination. The medical examination is conducted to ensure that the candidate is medically fit to perform the duties of a Security Screener.

Training: Candidates who clear the medical examination will be offered the Security Screener position and will undergo a training program. The training program includes theoretical and practical training on security procedures, screening techniques, and handling of equipment.

The selection process for AAICLAS Security Screeners is a rigorous process that tests the candidate’s physical fitness, mental ability, and knowledge of security procedures. AAI Security Screener Salary 2023

Initially, all selected candidates who are new to the job will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000/-. After successfully passing the necessary training examinations, which will be fully sponsored by AAICLAS, the stipend will be converted to full monthly remuneration, as per the details mentioned below.

Third Year	Rs 34,000/- p.m.

The consolidated monthly remuneration shall be Rs. 30,000/- per month (inclusive of all) during the first year, Rs. 32,000/- during the second year, and Rs. 34,000/- during the third year. Additionally, the employer’s contribution towards PF, gratuity (if applicable), leaves as per company policy, and medical policy reimbursements up to a maximum of Rs. 10,000/- per annum shall be provided. Any ex-gratia payment will be provided once a year and shall be extra.
