Air Force AFCAT Recruitment Eligibility Criteria |
Flying:
- Bachelor Degree in any Stream with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 Level / BE/ B.Tech Course With 60% Marks.
Ground Duty Technical:
- Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics) : Candidates 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam Passed with 60% Marks in Physics and Math Minimum 4 Year Graduation / Technology/ Integrated PG Degree in Engineering.
- Aeronautical Engineering (Mechanical) : Candidates 10+2 (Intermediate) Exam Passed with 60% Marks in Physics and Math and 4 Year Engineering / Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
Ground Duty Non-Technical:
- Administration & Logistics: Bachelor Degree in any Stream with 60% Marks.
- Education: MBA / MCA / MA / M.Sc. Degree with 50% Marks.
- Accounts : Bachelor Degree in Commerce B.Com with atleast Minimum 60% Marks
- Weapon System Branch: 10+2 with a minimum 50% marks each in Maths and Physics.
- 03 years Graduation degree course in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent. OR BE/B Tech degree (04 years course) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
Meteorology:
- Master Degree in any Stream From any Recognized University In India.
NCC Special Entry:

Air Force AFCAT Online Exam 2023

- Maximum Marks: 100
- Duration: 02 Hours

- Subjects: General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability and Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test
- Standard: The standard of Numerical Ability Questions will be of Matriculation level. The standard of questions in other subjects will be of graduation level (Indian University).
Air Force AFCAT Syllabus 2023
The examination consists of four sections: English, General Awareness, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test. Here is the standard and syllabus for each section:
English:
- Comprehension: Reading passages followed by questions to test understanding.
- Detect Error in Sentence: Identify and correct errors in given sentences.
- Sentence Completion/Filling in of correct word: Fill in the missing words in sentences.

- Sports: Information about various sports, players, and tournaments.
- National & International Organizations: Familiarity with important organizations and their functions.

How to Apply for Air Force AFCAT Exam 02/2023 |
Air Force AFCAT Exam 02/2023 On-line Registration and Submission process will be terminated by 30 June 2023 at 18.00 hrs. Candidature of such applicants who fail to complete online submission of Air Force AFCAT application form by stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
- Applicants must fulfil all essential eligibility criteria (educational qualification, age limit, etc.) by last date of submission of Air Force AFCAT application form in respect to that post for which they are applying.
- Air Force AFCAT Exam 02/2023 Candidate Can Apply Between 01 June 2023 to 30 June 2023.
