Airforce Group C Qualification
Cook (Ordinary Grade):
- Matriculation from a recognized board with a certificate or diploma in catering.
- One year experience in relevant trade.
Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade):
- Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board /University.
- Valid Civil Driving License for light and heavy vehicles. And 02 experience in driving motor vehicles.
A/C Mech:
- Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board /University.
- Aircraft Mechanic trade Certificate from a Govt recognised Institute.
- One year experience in relevant field. Or Ex-servicemen in the trade of Air Frame Fitter with 02 years experience in the relevant field.
Carpenter (Skilled):
- Candidates should have 10th pass from a recognized Board/ Institute.
- ITI Certificate in the trade of Carpenter from a recognized institute OR Ex-servicemen in appropriate trade viz. Carpenter Rigger.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
- Candidates should have 12th pass from a recognized Board/ University.
- Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer.
Steno Gd-II:
- Candidates should have 12th pass from a recognized Board/ University.
- Skill Test Norms: Dictation: 10 Mts @ 80 wpm, Transcription: 50 Mts (English), 65 Mts (Hindi) on Computer.
Store Keeper:
- Candidates should have 12th pass from a recognized Board/ University.
Mess Staff:
- Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS):
- Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

- Job Location: Selected candidate will be subject to all India service liability.
Airforce Group C Postal Address
- Postal Address: “The address to send the application form is given in the above table”
- Candidates should reach their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application by Ordinary Post Only.
Documents To Be Attached With The Application
Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.
- Educational and technical qualification certificates.
- Birth certificate (Educational Certificate).
- Caste Certificate. if you belong to reserved category.
- Copy of Experience Certificate. if any
- Copy of Aadhar Card/ Any Other ID Card.
- Domicile Certificate.
- Two self-addressed extra envelopes with Rs 10/- postal stamp.
- Attach other necessary documents with the application form.
General Conditions And Instructions
- The envelope must be clearly super-scribed on the top as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF________ AND CATEGORY_______AGAINST ADVERTISEMENT NO.05/2022/DR“
- Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
- No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
- Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph application will be rejected.
- No TA/DA will be paid to attend the written test / skill / practical / physical test.
- Applications received prior to the date of publication of this notification and after closing date will not be entertained and will be rejected. IAF will not be responsible for any kind of postal delay.
- The centre for examination/ skill / practical / physical test will be intimated to the candidate in due course. The centre may be different from the place to which the application was sent. This is done purely for administrative convenience.
- Candidates are to bring original certificates viz. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/ESM, educational qualification / technical qualification and experience certificates at the time of the skill / practical / physical test.
- There will be simultaneous conduct of test for all categories. The responsibility of deciding the category for which the candidate would like to appear will be choice of the applicant himself.
- No separate exam will be conducted for candidates applying for more than one category, if the exams are held on the same date.
