Army Agniveer Female Age Limit

  • Minimum Age Required : 17.5 Years
  • Maximum Age Limits : 23 Years
  • Age Limit as on: 01 October 2022
  • Additional Age Relaxation as per Rules.

Note: The upper age limit has been relaxed from 21 years to 23 years as a onetime measure for the Recruiting Year 2022-23. 01 October 2022 will be taken as effective date for determining age eligibility of candidate. Candidates to produce birth certificate at the time of preliminary document check.




Army Agniveer Female Qualification

  • Class 10th /Matric pass with 45% marks and 33% in each subject. (For boards following grading system, min of ‘D’ grade (33% – 40%) in individual subjects or grades with 33% in individual subjects and overall aggregate of ‘C2’ grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate.)
  • Indian Gorkhas: Class 10th pass simple.

Note: Candidates with valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License will be given preference for Driver requirements. For more Details Read the official notification.

Army Agniveer Female Selection Process

Physical Requirements

  • Height – 162 cms
  • Weight – Proportionate to height and age as per Army Medical standards.
  • Chest Expansion – The candidate should capable of chest expansion of 05 cms.

Physical Fitness Test (At Rally Site)

  • 1.6 Km Running
    • Upto 7 Min 30 Sec – Gp – I
    • Upto 8 Min – Gp – II
  • Long Jump 10 Feet – Need to qualify
  • High Jump 3 Feet – Need to qualify

Medical Standards

  • To be deemed Fit, a candidate must be in good physical and mental health and free from any disability likely to interfere with the efficient performance of military duty in all weather and across all terrains.
  • Any female candidate, if found to be pregnant shall be disqualified and her candidature will be rejected. All candidates appearing for rally should be fully vaccinated for Covid-19. The certificate to be produced to authorities upon asking.
  • No use of contact lenses.

Written Test through Common Entrance Examination(CEE)

Will be conducted for medically fit candidates at nominated venue. Date and time of written test will be intimated at rally site and through Admit Cards. CEE for selected candidates will be held tentatively in the month of Jan 2023.

Admit Card for the CEE for the Rally Fit candidates will be issued at Rally Site itself. Admit Card for the CEE for the medical review cases will be issued after they are declared medically fit by concerned medical specialist/specialists at Military Hospitals/Base Hospitals/Command Hospitals. Negative marking will be applicable in CEE.

Ambala Cantt Army Agniveer Female Admit Card

Army Recruitment Rally under Agnipath Scheme will be held for eligible candidates of all districts of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Union Territory of Chandigarh from 07 to 11 November 2022. Admit cards for the rally will be sent through registered email from 05 Oct 2022 onwards. Any candidate who has not received admit card 05 days prior to the Rally, may approach Headquarter Recruiting Zone, Ambala for further clarification.

Candidates shall reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in Admit Card. Candidates will be allowed to participate in the Rally only if they produce Admit Card and Affidavit for details duly attested by notary as per format given at Appx. Printed on Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).

Ambala Cantt Army Agniveer Female Bharti 2022 Notification

Agniveer General Duty (Female) Recruitment Rally. Army Recruitment Rally under the aegis of Headquarters Recruiting Zone, Ambala will be conducted by Recruiting Office (Headquarter), Ambala from 07 November to 11 November 2022 at Kharga Stadium, Ambala Cantt to enroll eligible women candidates into the Army from all districts of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Union Territory of Chandigarh to Agniveer General Duty (Women) in Corps of Military Police.

Separate notification is published by IRO Delhi for NCR districts of Haryana. Candidates will have to apply online on the official web site www.joinindianarmy.nic.in from 09 August 2022 to 07 September 2022.

All candidates to log into joinindianarmv.nic.in check their eligibility status and create their profile. Candidates will have to apply online on the official web site www.joinindianarmy.nic.in from 09 August 2022 to 07 September 2022. For online registration & online application, assistance will also be provided to candidates at Headquarter Recruiting Zone, Ambala on working days from 1000 Hours to 1400hours.
