Application Fee

After ensuring the correctness of the details in the AP Police Constable Recruitment 2022 application form, candidates are required to pay the Andhra Pradesh Police Constable application fee through the payment gateway on the Andhra Pradesh State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) website integrated with the online application. Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available upto 07 January 2023 at 23.59 hrs.

AP Police Constable Age Limit

Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the AP Police Constable Recruitment 2022 online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation/ Higher Examination Certificate will be accepted by the Andhra Pradesh State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted.

Andhra Pradesh Police Constable Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have class pass Intermediate or its equivalent examination recognised by the State Government.

In the case of a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes /Scheduled Tribes, he/she must have passed SSC or its equivalent examination and should have studied Intermediate and appeared for the Intermediate Examinations of 1styear and 2nd year. For more details read the official notification.

AP Police Constable Selection Process

AP Police Constable Preliminary Written Test

Candidates shall be required to appear for the Andhra Pradesh Police Constable Preliminary Written Test in one paper (03 hours duration) as given below. for 200 marks (200 Questions).

Questions in AP Police Constable Preliminary Written Test will be objective in nature and will be set in English, Telugu and Urdu languages. Candidates have to answer the questions on an OMR answer sheet using Blue / Black Ball Point pen only. For this purpose, candidates should bring Blue / Black Ball Point pens along with them

AP Police Constable Hall Ticket/ Call Letter 2023

The Andhra Pradesh Police Constable Preliminary Written Test will be held on 22 January 2023 (Sunday from 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM (3 hours only). The registered candidates may download their AP Police Constable Hall Tickets from the website from 09 January 2023 at 11.00 AM to the date of Preliminary Written Test.

AP Police Constable Physical Measurements Test (PMT)

Candidate who qualifies in the Preliminary Written Test has to undergo AP Police Constable Physical Measurements Test and should meet the following requirements:

AP Police Constable Physical Measurement Tests (PET)

Candidate who qualifies in the above AP Police Constable Physical Measurement Tests will be required to undergo the following tests and be qualified as specified below. Candidates must qualify in 1600 Meters run (1 Mile Run) and One out of the remaining two events of 100 meters run or long jump.

The Andhra Pradesh Police Constable Physical Efficiency Test will be qualifying in nature, as per the qualifying standards given below:

AP Police Constable Final Written Exam Syllabus

Candidates who qualify in the above AP Police Constable Physical Efficiency Test shall be required to appear for the Final Written Examination in four papers (three hours duration) as given below.

• Arithmetic (SSC Standard)
• Reasoning / Mental Ability
• General Science
• History of India, Indian culture, Indian National Movement.
• Indian Geography, Polity and Economy
• Current events of national and international importance

Candidates will have to mention their option of Language in which he/she will write Written Examination while submitting Andhra Pradesh Police Constable Application Forms.
