Lower Division Clerk (LDC) :

• Candidate should have passed class 12th or Equivalent from any recognised Board/ University.
• Typing Speed: 35 wpm (English) OR 30 wpm (Hindi) on Computer.

MTS:

• Candidates should have passed Matriculation or Equivalent from a recognised Board.

The following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

1. Educational and professional qualification certificate.
2. Birth Certificate (Educational Certificate).
3. Caste Certificate, if you belong to reserved category.
4. EWS/ Ex- Servicemen Certificate.
5. Two Additional Passport Size Photographs.
6. Copy of Experience Certificate. If Any Related to the Post.
7.  A Self Addressed Envelope, With Rs. 25/- Postal Tickets.
8. Medical Fitness Certificate Issued By A Registered Medical Practitioner.
9. Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

General Conditions And Instructions

• Candidates must clearly subscribed the word, “Application for the post of _____ Category_______” on the top of the envelope while sending the application form.
• Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
• No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
• Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph application will be rejected.
• The application can be filled by the candidates either in English/Hindi.
• Candidates who are applying for more than one post should pay the prescribed fees separately and are required to fill up separate application for each post.
• No boarding or lodging/expense on travelling for any post will be provided. Candidates must make their own arrangement.
