• Upper Division Clerk (UDC) : Candidates have Bachelor Degree in Any Stream with Minimum 50% Marks.
  English Typewriting Speed : 30 WPM
• Stenographer Grade III : Candidates have Class 10 High School Exam Passed.
  English Stenographer Speed : 80 WPM, English Typing Speed : 30 WPM
