BRO GREF Age Limit |
Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the BRO GREF online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation/ Higher Examination Certificate will be accepted by the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted. The age limit for BRO GREF is;

Candidates should submit their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application through Registered post and after that email. Application received after the last date (01 September 2024) or applications incomplete in any respect will not be considered.

Copies of the following certificates duly attested by a Gazetted officer should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.
- Educational and Professional qualification certificates.
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Educational Certificate.
- Copy Aadhaar Card/ Other ID Card.
- Caste Certificate, if candidate belong to reserved category.
- Character Certificate issued by the Sarpanch/ Gazetted Officer.
- Residential Certificate duly signed by the ADM/ DM or Tehsildar.
- Copy of Experience Certificate, if any.
- Original Demand Draft. if applicable
- One self-written addresses and Rs. 10/- stamped envelopes.
- Attach other necessary documents with the application form.
General Conditions & Instructions |
The candidates must clearly super scribe “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ______ CATEGORY_______ WEIGHTAGE, PERCENTAGE IN ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION _______” on the top of the envelope in Capital letters.
- Only one application should be submitted for the post. Candidates desirous of applying form separate posts should submit separate applications clearly indicating the post for which they have applied for.
- The application can be filled by the candidates only in English.
- Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
- No cutting or over harvesting in the BRO GREF application form.
- Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph BRO GREF application will be rejected.
- This Border Roads Organisation (BRO) office shall not be responsible for any kind of delay.
- The candidates must write their name, date of birth, father’s name and mother’s name strictly as given in the matriculation certificate otherwise their candidature be cancelled as and when it comes into the notice of the Border Roads Organisation (BRO).
