Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available upto 31 August 2025 at 18.00 hrs.

Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the CCRAS Group A, B & C online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation or equivalent/ Birth certificate will be accepted by the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted. The age limit for CCRAS Group A, B & C is;

✅ CCRAS Selection Process 2025 – Complete Details
The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) will fill multiple Group A, B and C non-teaching posts through a Computer Based Test (CBT) and interview (for Group A only). The selection stages vary by post group, as detailed below.
🔷 Group A Posts
(Example: Research Officer (Ayurveda), Research Officer (Pathology), etc.)
✳️ Selection Stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 70 Marks
- Interview – 30 Marks
- Final Merit – Based on total of CBT + Interview (out of 100 marks)
📌 Key Details:
CBT Exam Pattern:
- Subject Knowledge: ~70% of questions
- Research Methodology: ~15%
- General Knowledge, Reasoning, IT and English: ~15%
Shortlisting for Interview:
- 1 Post: Top 5 candidates
- 2 Posts: Top 8 candidates
- 3+ Posts: Up to 3 times number of vacancies
Minimum Qualifying Marks (CBT):
- SC/ST/PwBD: 25%
- All others: 30%
Final Selection:
Based on total score of CBT + Interview
In case of tie:
- Higher subject-specific marks
- Older age
- Earlier date of qualifying degree
- Higher marks in qualifying degree
