Candidates should submit their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application through Offline Mode only (Speed Post). Application received after the last date (09 September 2026) or applications incomplete in any respect will not be considered.

Copies of the following certificates duly attested by a Gazetted officer should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.
- Educational and Professional qualification certificates.
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Educational Certificate.
- Copy Aadhaar Card/ Other ID Card.
- Caste Certificate, if candidate belong to reserved category.
- Character Certificate issued by the Sarpanch/ Gazetted Officer.
- Residential Certificate duly signed by the ADM/ DM or Tehsildar.
- Copy of Experience Certificate, if any.
- Demand Draft for the prescribed amount (in original)
- Attach other necessary documents with the application form.
General Conditions & Instructions |
Candidates must clearly subscribe the word, “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF________, CATEGORY_____” on the top of the envelope while sending the CCRS Clerk & Social Worker application form.
- Only one application should be submitted for the post. Candidates desirous of applying form separate posts should submit separate applications clearly indicating the post for which they have applied for.
- The application can be filled by the candidates only in English/ Hindi.
- Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
- No cutting or over harvesting in the CCRS Clerk & Social Worker application form.
- Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph CCRS Clerk & Social Worker application will be rejected.
- This Central Council for Research in Siddha (CCRS) office shall not be responsible for any kind of delay.
