Application Fee

After ensuring the correctness of the details in the CISF Driver Recruitment 2023 application form, candidates are required to pay the CISF Driver application fee through the payment gateway on the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) website integrated with the online application. Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available upto 22 February 2023 at 23.59 hrs.

CISF Driver Age Limit

Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the CISF Driver Recruitment 2023 online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation/ Higher Examination Certificate will be accepted by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted.

CISF Driver Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidate should have passed Matriculation/ 10th pass/ equivalent qualification from a recognized Board in India.

Driving Licence:-

Must have a valid driving licence in the following type of vehicles :- (a) Heavy Motor Vehicle or Transport Vehicle (HMV/TV), (b) Light Motor Vehicle, (c) Motor cycle with gear.

Experience:-

03 years experience of driving Heavy Motor Vehicle / Transport Vehicle / Light Motor Vehicles and Motor Cycle. The experience for above driving shall be calculated from the date of issuance of the respective licences.

CISF Driver Selection Process

There are following two stages of recruitment before Detailed Medical Examination (DME). List of provisionally selected candidates post wise and category wise will be uploaded on CISF website. Final selection will be made on the basis of merit in the written examination.

Stage:-1) PST/PET, Documentation & Trade Test.
Stage:-2) OMR Base/CBT online mode written examination which will be bilingual (i.e. Hindi & English languages.)

CISF Driver Physical Standard Test (PST)

Candidates will be put through Height Bar Test. Qualified candidates in Height Bar Test will be further put through CISF Constable Driver Physical Standard Test (PST).

Physical Standards: Height- 167 cm, Chest- 80-85 cm

CISF Driver Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Candidates who qualify the Height Bar Test and Physical Standard Test (PST) will be put through the following CISF Constable Driver Physical Efficiency Test (PET) which will be qualifying in nature:-

CISF Driver Documentation/ DV

Following original testimonial/documents of the candidates who qualify in PST/ PET will be scrutinized. Candidates who fail to produce requisite original testimonials/certificates will be eliminated from the CISF Constable Driver recruitment process.

• Educational Certificates
• Date of birth certificate (Matriculation or 10th pass certificate).
• Valid HMV, LMV and Motorcycle with gear Driving Licence.
• SC, ST, OBC and EWS Certificate, if applicable.
• Four passport size recent photographs.
• The candidates must carry photo bearing identification proof such as Driving Licence, Voter Card, AADHAR Card, Identity Card.
• In addition to the original certificates, the candidates will also bring one set of self attested photocopy of educational, caste and driving licence etc.

CISF Driver Trade Test

Those who qualify in the CISF Constable Driver Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test and Detailed verification of eligibility standards/documentation will be put through the following tests:-

CISF Driver Written Test

The candidates who qualify in PST/ PET/ Documentation & Trade Test will be called for CISF Constable Driver Written Examination under OMR/Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode. The written test will be of 100 marks consisting of 100 objective type multiple choice questions (MCQ) to be answered in 02 hours. There shall be no negative marking. The CISF Constable Driver question paper will be set to assess the;

• General Awareness/ General Knowledge.
• Knowledge of elementary mathematics.
• Analytical aptitude ability to observe and distinguish patterns.
• Basic knowledge of English/Hindi.

Minimum percentage of marks for qualifying for next stage will be as under :-

• UR, EWS, Ex-Servicemen : 35% Marks.
• SC, ST, OBC : 33% Marks.

CISF Driver Recruitment 2023 On-line Registration and Submission process will be terminated by 22 February 2023 at 23.59 hrs. Candidature of such applicants who fail to complete online submission of CISF Driver application form by stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
