Citizen Credit Bank Recruitment 2022 Eligibility

CCBL Bank Probationary Officers PO Qualification :-

• Must have Graduates in any discipline with at least 65% marks or those having Professional Qualifications like CA, CS, ICWA, CFA, MBA, LLM, MTech, etc

About CCBL Bank PO & Clerk Written Exam

• Mode of Examination: Computer Based Objective Type Multiple Choice Examination
• Total No. of Questions: 160 Questions
• Time Allotted: 2 hours
• Negative Marking: 0.25 Marks
• Medium: The On-line (written) Test will only be in the English language.

Candidates who pass the Online (written) Test will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview. The final selection of candidates will be on the basis of combined scores: Online (written) Test and Personal Interview. Separate On-line (written) Test will be held for Probationary Officers and Probationary Associates.

CCBL Bank PO & Clerk Exam Negative Marking

There will be penalty for wrong answers marked. For each wrong answer that has been marked, one fourth or 25% of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty, to arrive at the final On-line (written) Test score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question

Citizen Credit Bank Recruitment 2022 Merit List

Candidates for the Post of Probationary Officers have to score minimum 50% i.e. minimum 100 marks and candidates for the Post of Probationary Associates have to score minimum 35% i.e. minimum 70 marks for being eligible for shortlisting for further Personal Interview. The Bank has the right to increase or decrease minimum qualifying marks criteria.

CCBL Bank Probationary Officer Salary

• On appointment: Training will be for a minimum period of 24 months.
• Emoluments – First six months Rs. 30,000/- p.m., Next 6 months Rs.35,000/- p.m.
• Thereafter, will be fitted in the scale of Officer cadre with CTC of Rs. 5,59,000/- p.a.(approx.)
• On successful completion of training and subject to performance, they will be confirmed and absorbed in the Officer cadre with CTC of Rs. 6,55,000/- p.a. (approx.) at current levels of D.A.

CCBL Bank Probationary Associate Salary

• On appointment: Training will be for a minimum period of 12 months.
• Emoluments: During training Rs. 20,000/- p.m.
• On successful completion of training and subject to performance, they will be confirmed and absorbed in the Associate cadre with CTC of Rs.4,38,000/- (approx.) at current levels of D.A.
