Coast Guard Group C Recruitment 2022 Application Form

The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) applications from candidates who have respective qualification to fill 80 vacancies of Group C Engine Driver, Fireman, Labourer, MTS, Driver, Lascar and other Post through “Coast Guard Group C Recruitment 2022 Notification”. Any candidate who wants to get the opportunity of service through the Indian Coast Guard. They can send the application form By Post.

COAST GUARD GROUP C AGE LIMIT
- Minimum Age Required : 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit : 25-30 Years (Post Wise)
- Age Limit as on: 20 February 2022
- Additional Age Relaxation as per Rules.
COAST GUARD GROUP C ELIGIBILITY
- Engine Driver:
- Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- Certificate of competency as Engine Driver from a recognized Govt. Institute or equivalent.
- Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years
- Sarang Lascar:
- Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- Certificate of competency as Sarang from a Govt. recognized Institute or equivalent.
- Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years
- Fireman:
- Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- Should be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties
- Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years
- Physical Test:
- Height: 165 cms, Chest: 81.5-85 cms
- Endurance Test:
- Carrying a man weighing 63.5 Kgs by fireman lift up to a distance of 183 meters within 96 seconds.
- Clearing 2.7 meters wide ditch by landing on both feet (long jump).
- Climbing 3 meters vertical rope by hands and feet.
- Civilian Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade):
- 10th standard pass.
- Must possess valid driving licence for both heavy and light motor vehicles.
- 02 years experience in driving motor vehicles.
- Knowledge of motor mechanism.
- Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years
- Motor Transport (Fitter/Tech/ Mech):
- Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- 02 years experience in automobile workshop
- Desirable : I.T.I. diploma in relevant trade.
- Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years
- Store Keeper Grade II:
- 12th pass from recognized Board or University.
- One year’s experience in handling stores
- Maximum Age Limit: 25 Years
- Spray Painter:
- Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- Should have completed apprenticeship in the trade.
- Desirable : 02 years experience in the trade.
- Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years
- Multi Tasking Staff:
- Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in relevant trade.
- Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years
- Labourer:
- Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognized Boards or ITI from recognized institutes.
- 03 years experience in the trade.
- Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years
- ICE Fitter (Skilled):
- Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent. And should have successfully completed apprenticeship. OR
- Should have completed training course in the relevant trade from an ITI and have one year experience. OR

- Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years
- Sheet Metal Worker (Semi-Skilled):
- Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognized Boards or ITI from recognized institutes.
- 03 years experience in the trade.
- Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years
- Electrical Fitter (Semi-Skilled):
- Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognized Boards or ITI from recognized institutes.
- 03 years experience in the trade.

COAST GUARD GROUP C SELECTION PROCESS
- The selection of candidates will be based only on the merit in written examination. However, the skill / physical tests wherever required will be conducted, but will only be qualifying in nature with no bearing on the overall merit.
- Exact date, time and venue of written examination, skill / practical test will be communicated vide call letter issued to the short listed candidates.

Documents at this address, including self-attested copies, should be sent by Ordinary Post on or before the last date .
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION
Self-attested copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.
- All Educational and Technical qualification certificate.
- Birth certificate (Mark sheet ).
- Caste certificate, if you belong to reserved category.
- Copy of Experience. if applicable.
- Copy of Aadhar Card.
- One self addressed envelope.
- Attach other necessary documents with the application form.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS
- The candidates must clearly super scribe ““Application for the post of _____ ” on the top of the envelope in Capital letters.
- No cutting or mistakes in the application.
- The applications received after the last date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- The Indian Coast Guard reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, if necessary.
