CCI Various Post Eligibility Criteria 2025 |
Management Trainee (Marketing)
- MBA in Agri Business Management/ Agriculture related Management equivalent to MBA.
Management Trainee (Accounts)
- CA/CMA from a recognized University/ Institute.
Junior Commercial Executive
- B.Sc Agriculture degree from any recognized University with an aggregate of 50% marks, 45% marks in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Junior Assistant (Cotton Testing Lab)
- Diploma in Electricals/ Electronics/ Instrumentation from any recognized polytechnic college approved by AICTE with an aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/ PwBD)

CCI Various Post Selection Process 2025 |
1. 🖥️ Computer-Based Written Examination
All candidates applying for the following posts will appear for a Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Management Trainee (Marketing)
- Management Trainee (Accounts)
- Junior Commercial Executive
- Junior Assistant (Cotton Testing Lab)
📋 Exam Structure:
- Total Questions: 120
- Duration: 120 minutes
- Type: Objective MCQs
- Negative Marking: 0.25 mark deducted per wrong answer
- Medium: English
Each paper includes:
- General English
- Reasoning
- Quantitative Aptitude
- General Knowledge
- Subject-Specific Knowledge (60 questions)

2. 📜 Shortlisting for Document Verification
- Candidates who meet the cutoff in the online exam will be shortlisted for the next round.
- Shortlisted names will be published on the official CCI website.
- No personal intimation by post will be sent. All communication will be via registered email/SMS.
3. 📂 Document Verification
Candidates must bring original documents and self-attested copies, including:
- Educational certificates
- Category and age proof
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Disability certificate (if applicable)
- No Objection Certificate (for those employed in government/PSU)
Failing to provide original documents may lead to cancellation of candidature.
4. 🏥 Medical Fitness Test
- Final selection is subject to the candidate being medically fit.
- Only medically fit candidates will be appointed.
5. 📩 Final Selection
- Based on performance in the written test, fulfillment of eligibility, document verification and medical fitness.
- Merely passing the test does not guarantee appointment.
- Candidates selected will be issued an appointment letter and must sign a service bond.
📌 Additional Notes:
- 📝 Service Bond: Selected candidates must serve a minimum of 3 years or pay 3 months’ basic pay if leaving early.
- 🧪 Probation Period: 12 months.
- 🚫 Disqualifications: Any misconduct, use of unfair means or false information during the process can lead to permanent disqualification.
