The recruitment of Multi Tasking Staff follows a stepwise and transparent selection system that evaluates both practical ability and written performance.
Trade Test
Candidates who meet the eligibility conditions are shortlisted by the screening committee and invited for the Trade Test.
This test checks the practical knowledge of the applicant based on the job role and nature of duties.
The Selection Committee decides the method of conducting the Trade Test and its decision remains final.
Only candidates who qualify in the Trade Test move to the next stage.
Competitive Written Examination
Applicants who clear the Trade Test appear in the Competitive Written Examination.
The final merit list is prepared strictly on the basis of marks secured in this written exam.
There is only one paper in the examination and every candidate must score high to secure a position in the final list.
