Age Limit

DHFWS Karnal Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Staff Nurses

  • Must Have B. Sc. Nursing /GNM course. Registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.
  • Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.

ANM

  • Must Have ANM course Registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council.
  • Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.

Lab Technician

  • Must Have B.Sc. in Lab. Tech/ Diploma in Lab. Tech course from a recognized institute.
  • Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.

Medical Officer

Gynaecologist

  • MD/ MS/ DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology/ DGO recognized by Medical Council of India.
  • Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.

Ayush Medical Officer

  • A degree in Ayurveda System of Medicines OR Unani Tibbia Degree OR Degree/ Diploma Homoeopathy (not less then 4 years duration)
  • Registered with the Board of Ayurveda and Unani and Unani System of Medicine Haryana.
  • Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.

District Consultant (Public Health)

  • MBBS/Dental/A YUSH/Nursing graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA-Full time) with 2 years experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration.
  • Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with Database Management Programme and commonly used packages like MS word, excel, PowerPoint.
  • Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.

Administrative Assistant

  • Graduate Degree with fluency in MS Office package with one year experience of managing office and providing support to Health Programme / NRHM.
  • Knowledge of Accountancy would be an added advantage.
  • Candidates having drafting skills would be preferred.
  • Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.

District Epidemiologist

  • Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Preventive and Social Medical/ Public Health OR Epidemiology OR (Such as MD, MPH, DPH, M.AE etc.) OR and Medical Graduate (MBBS) with 3 Years experience in Epidemiology/ Public health OR· M.Sc. (Epidemiology) with 2 Years experience in Public Health OR BAMS/BDS/BHMS with MPH OR Any Graduate with MPH.
  • Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.

Audiologist and Speech Therapists

  • B.A.SL.P/B.Sc. (Speech & Hearing) B.Sc. ASLP and registered with RCI.
  • Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.

District Programme Coordinator

  • MBBS/BDS for Institution recognized by MCI/DCI respectively.
  • Diploma / Master in Public Health / CHA.
  • One year experience of working Health Services/ Public Health Programme.
  • Working Knowledge of operating computers and internet usage.

Optometrist

  • Degree/ Diploma in Optometry Course.
  • Two years post qualification experience in related field.
  • Hindi /Sanskrit upto Matric.

Consultant Medicine

  • MD, Medicine or Equivalent Degree recognized by MCI.
  • At least two years experience of working as a specialist in a hospital.
  • Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.

Psychiatric Social Worker

  • Post graduate degree awarded after completion of course of study of minimum 2 years in Mental Health or Psychiatric Social work.
  • Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.

Tuberculosis Health Vistors (TBHV)

  • Graduate OR Intermediate (10 + 2) and experience of working as MPW/ LHV/ ANM/ Health worker/ Certificate or higher course in Health Education/Counselling OR Tuberculosis health visitor’s.
  • Certificate course in computer operations (minimum two months).
  • Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric.

Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS)

  • Must Have Bachelor’s Degree OR Recognized sanitary inspector’s course.
  • Certificate course in computer operation (minimum 2 months).
  • Two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler.
  • Hindi /Sanskrit upto matric.

Candidates should reach their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application By Post/ By Hand only.




 

Required Documents to be Attached with the Application Form

Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

  1. Educational and professional qualification certificates.
  2. Birth certificate (Matriculation Certificate).
  3. Caste Certificate, if candidate belong to reserved category.
  4. Copy of Residence certificate.
  5. Experience Certificate. If any relevant to post.
  6. Copy of  Aadhar Card.
  7. Two latest passport size photographs.
  8. Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

General Conditions & Instructions

  • Candidates must clearly subscribed the word, “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _____ CATEGORY____ Facility____” on the top of the envelope while sending the application form.
  • Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
  • No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
  • Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph application will be rejected.
  • This office shall not be responsible for any kind of postal delay.
  • No separate letter will be sent for tests Screening test, Computer skill test and Interview.
  • The candidates must write their name, date of birth, father’s name and mother’s name strictly as given in the matriculation certificate otherwise their candidature be cancelled as and when it comes into the notice of the District Health & Family Welfare Society (DHFWS Karnal).

  • Original documents in support of academic qualification and work experience etc. shall be required to be produced at the time of the interview.
