The NHM Panchkula recruitment process is conducted to fill various healthcare positions, including the post of Staff Nurse.

The NHM Panchkula Staff Nurse Selection Process involves several stages, including the application process, written test, and interview. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the selection process:

Written Test: The next stage of the selection process is a written test. The written test is conducted to assess the candidate’s knowledge in various areas, including general knowledge, nursing, and aptitude. The test is conducted in both English and Hindi and consists of multiple-choice questions. The duration of the exam is usually two hours.

Interview: The candidates who qualify for the written test are called for an interview. The interview is conducted to evaluate the candidate’s communication skills, knowledge, and experience in the field of nursing. The interview panel usually comprises senior officials from the NHM Panchkula.
