The District Court Balangir Recruitment 2026 selection process includes Written Examination, Skill Test, Computer Practical Test and Viva Voce Test. Candidates must qualify each stage to proceed to the next round. The recruitment process will be conducted separately for Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Junior Typist, Stenographer Grade-III and Salaried Amin posts.
Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist Selection Process
Candidates applying for the Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist post will have to appear in the following stages:
Written Examination
The written test will consist of three subjects:

For every correct word, 0.125 marks will be awarded. Spelling mistakes, repeated words, wrong punctuation and substitution of words will be treated as errors.

Important Points About District Court Balangir Selection Process 2026
- Written examinations for all posts will be conducted on the same day.
- Candidates applying for multiple posts can appear in only one examination according to their choice.
- The District Recruitment Committee may shortlist candidates if a large number of applications are received.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the examination or interview.

Candidates must clearly subscribe the word, “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF________, CATEGORY_____” on the top of the envelope while sending the Balangir Court application form.
- Only one application should be submitted for the post. Candidates desirous of applying form separate posts should submit separate applications clearly indicating the post for which they have applied for.
- The application can be filled by the candidates only in English/ Hindi.
