• The application fees should be paid by the way of Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank, in favour of DM&HO, Nellore payable at Nellore.

• Maximum Age Limits : 42 Years

CANDIDATES ELIGIBILITY DETAILS

On Contract Basis

• • Staff Nurse:
    • General Nursing & Midwifery Course from Govt/Govt recognized Nursing Institute.
    • Must registered in the AP Nursing council.
    • 3 Years experience in Gov/Pvt sectors.
  • Lab Technician:
    • 12th Science + Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
    • Registered in the AP council (Inter vocational with one year apprenticeship from Govt. Institution)

On Out Sourcing Basis (APCOS)

• • Data Entry operator:
    • Candidates must have Graduated in any Discipline
    • One year diploma in computer application.
    • 2 Years experience in a recognized society or institution.
  • Last grade services-:
    • Candidates must have 10th class or equivalent qualification.
    • 5 years work experience in any Govt / Pvt hospital.

SELECTION PROCESS

• Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and year of passing, work experience in the respective field area for respective categories and displayed on website for transparency
• Selection list will be prepared from the finalized merit list duly following the Rule of Reservations and presidential order.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION

Self-attested copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

• Educational and professional qualification certificate.
• Birth certificate.
• Copy of Caste Certificate. If the applicant is from reserved category.
• Registration and Renewal certificates of respective councils.
• Internship Certificate if any applicable.
• Latest Caste certificate issued by the Tahsildar/MRO concerned.
• Sports certificate in respect of candidates claiming under Sports quota.
• 1 photographs duly pasted on the application form with self attestation.
• Original Demand Draft.
• Attach other necessary documents with the application form.
