After ensuring the correctness of the details in the DSSSB Recruitment Advt 4/2025 application form, candidates are required to pay the Chauffeur (Driver) and Despatch Rider cum Process Server application fee through the payment gateway on the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) website integrated with the online application. Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available up to 24 September 2025 at 23.00 hrs.

The DSSSB Recruitment Advt 4/2025 fee payment can be made by using Debit card, Credit card and Net Banking etc. by providing information as per the instructions on your computer screen.

Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the DSSSB Driver and Process Server Recruitment online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation or equivalent/ Birth certificate will be accepted by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted. Chauffeur (Driver)

• Matric / Higher Secondary with driving license of light motor vehicles.
• 2 years unblemished experience in the line.

Despatch Rider cum Process Server

• Matric / Higher Secondary with Driving License of light motor vehicles/ motorcycle.
• 2 years unblemished driving experience.

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) will conduct recruitment for Chauffeur and Despatch Rider-cum-Process Server posts in Delhi High Court through a three-stage selection process.

1. Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)

• Mode: Computer Based Test (CBT)
• Questions: 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Marks: 100 marks (2 marks each)
• Duration: 90 minutes
• Syllabus:
  • Driving skills and knowledge
  • Road signals and safety
  • Advanced navigation and GPS technologies
  • Basic mechanical knowledge

👉 Negative Marking: 0.50 marks for each wrong answer (25% negative marking)

👉 Qualifying Marks:

• General: 50% (50 marks)
• Reserved (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/Ex-Servicemen): 45% (45 marks)

Candidates up to 10 times the number of vacancies in each category will be shortlisted for the next stage.

2. Skill Test

For Chauffeur (Total 100 Marks)

a) Driving Skill Test on Simulator – 50 marks
b) Driving Skill Test on road in real traffic – 50 marks

Qualifying Marks (each test):

• General: 25 marks (50%)
• Reserved: 22.5 marks (45%)

👉 Candidate must qualify both simulator and real road tests to proceed further.

For Despatch Rider-cum-Process Server (Total 150 Marks)

a) Skill Test on Scooty in real traffic – 75 marks
b) Skill Test on Motorcycle in real traffic – 75 marks

Qualifying Marks (each test):

• General: 37.5 marks (50%)
• Reserved: 33.75 marks (45%)

👉 Candidate must qualify both scooty and motorcycle tests to move to the next stage.

📌 Note:

• Skill Tests will be conducted by Delhi High Court through an external agency.
• Candidates will need to pay the prescribed fee for the Skill Test directly to the agency.

3. Interview (15 Marks)

• For both posts: Candidates qualifying Skill Tests will be called for an Interview.
• Preference:
  • Chauffeurs with knowledge of driving automatic vehicles
  • Candidates holding certificates from recognized driving institutions
• Qualifying Marks: No minimum qualifying marks.

Final Merit List

• The final merit list will be prepared by Delhi High Court.
• Marks of Preliminary Exam + Skill Test + Interview will be added.
• No re-checking or re-evaluation of papers is allowed.
• In case of tie:
  • Candidate senior in age will be placed higher.
  • If date of birth is also the same, alphabetical order of first name will be considered.

DSSSB Recruitment Advt 4/2025 Online Registration and Submission process will be terminated by 24 September 2025 at 23.00 hrs. Candidature of such applicants who fail to complete online submission of Delhi High Court Driver and Process Server application form by stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

• Applicants must fulfil all essential eligibility criteria (educational qualification, age limit, etc.) by last date of submission of Delhi High Court Driver and Process Server application form in respect to that post for which they are applying.
