ECL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2025 |
- Applicant must possess degree or diploma in discipline with at least 50% marks.
- Applicant have registered themselves on NATS portal for PGPT or PDPT in discipline of application.

ECL Apprentice Selection Process 2025 |
Merit-Based Selection
- There will be no written test or interview.
- Selection will be purely based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying degree/diploma.
- In case two or more candidates have the same marks, preference will be given in the following order:

- Older candidate (by date of birth)
- Alphabetical order of first name
Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. Candidates must produce the following original documents along with self-attested photocopies:
- Proof of date of birth (Matriculation Certificate)
- Degree/Diploma certificate & mark sheets
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- PwBD certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhar card or any valid ID proof
Medical Examination
- Candidates found eligible in document verification will undergo a medical fitness test.
- Only those declared fit will be engaged as apprentices.
Final Engagement
- The final list of selected candidates will be published on the ECL official website.
- Apprenticeship training will be governed by the provisions of the Apprentices Act.

Eastern Coalfields Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Online Registration and Submission process will be terminated by 11 September 2025 at 23.59 hrs. Candidature of such applicants who fail to complete online submission of ECL Apprentice application form by stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
