Self-attested copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

Date of birth certificate (Mark sheet ).
Character Certificate.
Caste certificate, if the candidate is from reserved category.
Copy of Experience Certificate.
Photocopy of Discharge Certificate of Ex-Serviceman.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS
The applicant should write Application for the post of “__Post Name/ Category Name”.
Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
Civil candidates can not apply in Vacs Reserved for Ex-Servicemen Only.
Duration for contractual employment in respect or ESM vacancies will be 12 months.
Application from civil candidates against ESM Vacs will be accepted on provisional basis.
Civilian candidates will be considered for employment if no ESM has applied/ disqualified/ found unfit for the post.
Duration of contractual period for the civilians candidates selected against ESM vacancy will be 11 months.
