Lab Technician	56 Year	B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) or 10+2 with Science and DMLT. 03 years work experience as a Lab Asst in Medical Laboratory
Lab Assistant	56 Year	DMLT or Class – I Lab Tech Course (Armed Forces). 05 years experience in Medical Laboratory.
Pharmacist	56 Year	B Pharma or 10+2 with PCB and Diploma in Pharmacy. 03 years work experience
Dental Assistant / Hygienist / Technician	56 Year	Diploma holder in Dental Hygienist or Class-I DH or DORA (Armed Forces). 05 years experience in Dental Laboratory.

1. Educational and professional qualification certificates.
2. Caste Certificate, if candidate belong to reserved category.
3. Copy of Birth Certificate and Residence certificate.
4. Character Certificate issued by the Sarpanch or Gazetted Officer.
5. Experience Certificate. If any relevant to post.
6. Copy of Aadhaar Card and Pan Card.
7. Medical Fitness Certificate.
8. Copy of Driving License. (Only for Driver Post)
9. In Case of Ex-servicemen: -Discharge Certificate from service, service copy of Pension PPO and copy of Ex-serviceman Identity Card.
10. Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

• Candidates must clearly subscribed the word, “APPLICATION FOR THE POST _______  BASIS CATEGORY____ ” on the top of the envelope while sending the ECHS Delhi Cantt application form.
• Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
• No cutting or over harvesting in the ECHS Delhi Cantt application form.
