FACT Clerk Recruitment Selection Process

📝 Stage 1: Merit Ranking

Eligible candidates will be ranked for selection based on:

1. Year of passing the graduation degree
   • Earlier pass-out year gets higher preference
2. Date of birth
   • Older candidates are given preference in case of same graduation year

📌 There will be no written test or interview. The final selection is purely on merit ranking based on these criteria.

📎 Stage 3: Document Verification

Shortlisted candidates must submit the following by post after online application:

• Printed application form with photo and signature
• Graduation certificate and mark sheets
• Domicile certificate
• Caste/Category certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhaar and Date of Birth proof
• OBC-NCL declaration (if applicable)

Application received after the last date (07 August 2025) or applications incomplete in any respect will not be considered.

Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

• First page of acknowledgement mail received for submitting online form.
• Educational and Professional qualification certificates.
• Caste Certificate, if candidate belong to reserved category.
• Copy of Birth Certificate and Domicile Certificate.
• Copy Aadhaar Card/ Any Other Identity Card.
• Copy of Ex-serviceman/ Home guard/ Experience Certificate. (if any)
• Passport Size Photograph.
• Certificate showing proof of Caste/PwBD /Ex-servicemen etc, if reservation/relaxation claimed on account of these
• Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

General Conditions & Instructions

Candidates must clearly subscribe the word, “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF Clerk- Ad.07/2025” CATEGORY____” on the top of the envelope while sending the Karnal District Court application form.

• Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
• No cutting or over harvesting in the FACT Clerk application form.
• Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph FACT Clerk application will be rejected.
