HQ BENGAL SUB AREA/ EASTERN COMMAND VACANCY ELIGIBILITY 

Stenographer Grade-II:

• Candidates should have 12th pass or equivalent from any recognized board/ university.
• Skill Test: Dictation 10 mts @ 80 wpm, Transcription: 50 mts (English) , 65 mts (Hindi) on Computer.

LDC:

• Candidates should have 12th pass or equivalent from any recognized board/ university.
• Typing Test: 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.

Messenger/ Daftri/ Safaiwala/ Gardner:

• Candidates should have Matriculation pass or equivalent from any recognized board/ university.

• Candidates should reach their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application by Ordinary Post Only.

• Educational and professional qualification certificates.
• Birth certificate (Educational Certificate).
• Caste Certificate, if you belong to reserved category.
• Copy of Experience Certificate, if Any.
• Copy of Aadhar Card/ Any other ID card.
• Copy of Employment Exchange Registration Card, if held.
• Two self addressed envelopes affixed with stamp for registered post to be enclosed along with application form.
• Two passport size photographs with name and father’s name written on reverse.
• Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

• The envelope must be clearly super-scribed on the top as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ____ CATEGORY______“
• Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
• No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
• Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph application will be rejected.
• Unit/ Estt will not be responsible for any postal delay or failure.
• No boarding or lodging/ expenses on travelling for any post will be provided. Candidates must make their own arrangements.
