• Candidates should have Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board.

Civil Motor Driver (CMD) Ordinary Grade:

• Candidates should have Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board.

Required Documents to be Attached with the Application Form

Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

1. Educational and professional qualification certificates.
2. Birth certificate (Matriculation Certificate).
3. Caste Certificate, if you belong to reserved category.
4. Domicile/ Residence Certificate.
5. Experience Certificate. If any relevant to post.
6. Aadhar Card/ Any other ID Card Proof.
7. Two latest passport size photographs.
8. Two self addressed envelopes (Size 5″ x 11″) with Rs 17/- stamps duly affixed in one of the envelopes.
9. Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

General Conditions & Instructions

• Candidates must clearly subscribed the word, “Application for the post of _____ Category_______” on the top of the envelope while sending the application form.
• Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
• No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
• Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph application will be rejected.
• The application can be filled by the candidates either in English/Hindi.
• This office shall not be responsible for any kind of postal delay.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for any test.
• Candidates will have to make their own boarding/ lodging arrangement.
• Separate applications to be sent for each post.
• The syllabus for written exam will be as applicable to all Group ‘C’ employees of Central Govt.
