After ensuring the correctness of the details in the IBPS RRB Recruitment 2023 application form, candidates are required to pay the Office Assistant (Multi Purpose), Officer Scale I, Officer Scale II & III application fee through the payment gateway on the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) website integrated with the online application. Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available upto 28 June 2023 at 23.59 hrs.

IBPS RRB Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Office Assistant & Officer Scale I

• Must Have Bachelor Degree in Any Stream from any Recognized University in India.

Officer Scale II General Banking Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• Two years experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Officer Scale II Information Technology Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• One year experience in the relevant field.

Officer Scale II Chartered Accountant

• Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
• One Year experience as a Chartered Accountant.

Officer Scale II Law Officer

• Degree in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• Two years experience as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than 02 years.

Treasury Officer Scale II

• Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution.
• One year experience in the relevant field.

Marketing Officer Scale II

• MBA in Marketing from a recognized university.
• One year experience in the relevant field.

Agriculture Officer Scale II

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• One year experience in the relevant field.

Officer Scale III

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

IBPS RRB Selection Process 2023

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) every year to select candidates for various posts. The selection process for IBPS CRP RRB 2023 consists of several stages, including Prelims Exam, Mains Exam, Interview, Document Verification and Medical Examination. IBPS RRB Prelims Exam (For All Posts)

Interview (Only for Officer Scale-I, II, III)

Candidates who qualify the Mains Exam for Officer Scale-I, II, and III posts are called for an Interview. The Interview is a crucial stage of the selection process as it evaluates the candidate’s personality traits, communication skills and suitability for the banking sector. The interview panel consists of experts who assess the candidate’s knowledge, problem-solving abilities and their ability to handle various banking-related situations.

Document Verification

After the Interview, candidates who successfully clear all the stages are required to undergo document verification. Medical Examination

The final stage of the selection process is the Medical Examination.
