Application Fee
- General, EWS, OBC Candidates Fee :- 300/-
- SC, ST Candidates Fee :- 300/-
- Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Payment Mode: Non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) drawn from any nationalized Bank in favour of the “Director, Institute of Forest Biodiversity” payable at Hyderabad should be enclosed along with application. No other mode of payment of application fee is acceptable
IFB Store Keeper Age Limit
The crucial date for determining the age limit will be the closing date for receipt of IFB Store Keeper Recruitment application form. Only Matriculation/ SSC/ 10th class marksheet/ Birth Certificate issued by concerned Education Board/ Competent Authority will be considered as proof of Date of Birth.
- Minimum Age Required : 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit : 27 Years
- Age Limit as on :- 10 January 2023
No age relaxation will be allowed to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying against the unreserved posts. 5 years relaxation will be allowed for departmental candidates working in ICFRE HQ or at any of its Institutes/Centres.

IFB Store Keeper Selection Process
IFB Store Keeper Written Exam
Short-listed candidates will be informed the date, time and venue for written examination separately and name of the centre will be indicated in the admit cards. It will also be hosted in the Institutes website.
The written examination will be held at Hyderabad. The candidates will have to make their own arrangements for travel and stay for the examination. The Director, IFB, Hyderabad shall have the authority to cancel/change any examination centre without assigning any reason thereof.
IFB Store Keeper Syllabus
An objective type question paper comprising 100 multiple choice questions in total from different subject or recruitment of Storekeeper in Institute of Forest Biodiversity (Hyderabad). Duration of examination will be 01 hours 30 Minutes. Each correct answer will carry one mark. 1/4th mark will be deducted for each incorrect/ wrong answer. The details of each subject and carrying MCQ are as follows:

Candidates should reach their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application through Post only.
Required Documents to be Attached with the Application Form
Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.
- Educational and professional qualification certificates.
- Birth certificate (Matriculation Certificate).
- Caste Certificate, if candidate belong to reserved category.
- Copy of Residence certificate.
- Experience Certificate. If any relevant to post.
- Copy of Aadhar Card.
- Two latest passport size photographs. with their name written in capital letters, name of the post on the reverse of the photographs.
- Attach other necessary documents with the application form.
General Conditions & Instructions
- Candidates must clearly subscribed the word, “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF STORE KEEPER CATEGORY____ ” on the top of the envelope while sending the application form.
- Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
- No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
- Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph application will be rejected.
- This office shall not be responsible for any kind of postal delay.
- The candidates must write their name, date of birth, father’s name and mother’s name strictly as given in the matriculation certificate otherwise their candidature be cancelled as and when it comes into the notice of the Institute of Forest Biodiversity, Hyderabad (IFB).
