IIBF Junior Executive Selection Process 2025 |
The recruitment process is designed to shortlist skilled and capable candidates through a transparent two stage evaluation. The complete selection procedure includes an online examination followed by a personal interview.
Online Examination
The online exam will be conducted on Sunday, 28 December 2025 across several major cities including Chennai Kolkata Delhi NCR Mumbai Navi Mumbai Thane MMR Lucknow Guwahati Hyderabad Bangalore and Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar.
Only shortlisted candidates will receive the call for the online test and later for the personal interview.
The exam evaluates a candidate’s reasoning skills language ability numerical ability banking awareness and computer knowledge. The structure of the test is given below.

Marking System
- Each question has five answer options.
- For every wrong answer 1/4th mark is deducted, so candidates should attempt only accurate responses.

Candidates who clear the online examination are invited for the Personal Interview. Performance in the interview combined with the online exam marks forms the basis of the final selection.
