After ensuring the correctness of the details in the IIT BHU Non Teaching application form, candidates are required to pay the Jr. Superintendent, Jr. Technician, Jr. Library Assistant, Assistant Engineer, Jr. Engineer and Jr. Translation Officer application fee through the payment gateway on the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) website integrated with the online application. Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available upto 24 September 2026 at 17.00 hrs.

The IIT BHU Recruitment 2026 fee payment can be made by using Debit card, Credit card and Net Banking etc by providing information as per the instructions on the your computer screen.

Junior Superintendent

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 55% marks + 3 years’ relevant experience at Level 5 or equivalent OR 8 years at Level 3 or above. Computer proficiency required.

Junior Technician (Group-I)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Chemistry/Physics as a subject and 55% marks. Computer proficiency required.

Junior Technician (Group-II)

• B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Ceramic/Materials Science with 55% marks OR 3-year Diploma in the same fields with 55% marks + 1 year relevant experience. Computer proficiency required.

Junior Technician (Group-III)

• B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Electronics with 55% marks OR 3-year Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 55% marks + 1 year relevant experience. Computer proficiency required.

Junior Technician (Group-IV)

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil/Mining or B.Arch. with 55% marks OR 3-year Diploma in Civil/Mining with 55% marks + 1 year relevant experience. Computer proficiency required.

Junior Translation Officer
