• Caste Certificate, if candidate belong to reserved category.
• Domicile Certificate & Residential Certificate.
• Copy of Birth Certificate/ Age Proof.
• Copy Aadhaar Card & Other Photo ID Card.
• Experience certificate, if any.
• Two additional photographs duly self-attested (on front side) are to be attached separately by with application.
• Two self-addressed envelopes duly affixed postage stamp of Rs. 10/- on each envelope must be enclosed with the application.
