Application Fee

After ensuring the correctness of the details in the ITBP Constable Tradesman Recruitment 2022 application form, candidates are required to pay the ITBP Constable Tradesman application fee through the payment gateway on the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) website integrated with the online application. ITBP Constable Tradesman Age Limit

Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the ITBP Constable Tradesman online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation/ Higher Examination Certificate will be accepted by the Commission/ Department for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted.

ITBP Constable Tradesman Qualification

Constable (Tailor, Gardener, Cobbler)

• 1) Candidates should have class 10th pass from any recognized board/ university.
• 2) Two years work experience in respective trade OR
• One year ITI Certificate with at least one year experience in respective trade. OR
• Two years ITI Diploma in respective trades.
• Age Limit: 18-23 Years

Constable (Safai Karamchari, Washerman & Barber)

• Candidates should have class 10th pass from any recognized board/ university.
• Age Limit: 18-25 Years

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

At the very beginning of ITBP tradesman recruitment process, candidates will go through the height bar test. The candidates not meeting the prescribed height will be eliminated. Those who qualify the Height Bar Test, will be subjected to constable tradesman physical efficiency test. The events of the ITBP Tradesman PET are as follows:-

Physical Standard Test (PST)

Candidates who qualify the race will be screened for ITBP Constable Tradesman Height, Chest (Chest measurement for male candidate only) and Weight measurements. Those who do not meet the required physical measurements as applicable will be eliminated at this stage.

Trade Test

The candidates who qualify the ITBP tradesman PST will be put through the respective trade test. Each candidate will be allowed to appear for one trade test only as applied in the ITBP Constable Tradesman application form. ITBP constable tradesman trade test will carry 50 marks.

Written Test

The ITBP constable tradesman written test for 50 marks containing 50 questions will consist of only OMR based objective type multiple choice questions to be answered using a Blue or Black Ball pen only. The ITBP tradesman question paper will be set bilingually in Hindi and English. (Time: 01 Hour)
