• Senior Personal Assistant:
  • A Bachelor Degree from a recognized University.
  • At least 03 years of experience working as Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Stenographer/ Executive Assistant/ Executive Secretary.
  • Skill test norms
  • Dictation: 10 minutes at an average speed of 100 w.p.m.
  • Transcription: 40 minutes (English) or 55 minutes (Hindi) on computer.
  • Maximum Age Limit : 35 Years
• Professional Assistant (Library):
  • M. Lib.Sc./M.L.I. Sc. or equivalent OR Master’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline and B. Lib. Sc./B.L.I.Sc
  • Computer Science paper at Graduate/PG level or Six months Computer Science course
  • Maximum Age Limit : 35 Years
• Senior Technical Assistant (Computer):
  • B.E./ B. Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Computer Technology/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communications OR
  • M.Sc. (Computer Science) or MCA, with 01 year experience in programming and Database management or Network administration
  • Maximum Age Limit : 30 Years
• Junior Assistant:
  • A Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or its equivalent qualification
  • typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting
    through Computers.
  • Maximum Age Limit : 27 Years
• Library Attendant:
  • Passed 10th or equivalent examination
  • Certificate in Library Science/Library & Information Science
  • Maximum Age Limit : 30 Years
• Laboratory Attendant (Psychology):
  • Should have passed 10th or an equivalent examination with science subjects
  • Maximum Age Limit : 30 Years
