  • Candidates should have passed 12th  class with Science.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Radiography (2 Years Duration)
O.T Assistant 18-25 Years
  • Candidates should have passed 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • One year experience in operation Theatre from fifty bedded hospital.
X-Ray Technician 21-30 Years
  • Candidates should have passed Matriculation or its Equivalent.
  • 2 Years Diploma in Radiography with one year experience. OR
  • Diploma/ Certificate (01 Year Course) with 02 Years experience.
O.T. Technician 18-25 Years
  • Candidates should have passed 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • One year experience in operation Theatre Course from recognised Board, Institution or University.
  • One year experience of working in Operation Theatre in a minimum fifty bedded hospital.
Junior Medical Laboratory Technologist 18-27 Years
  • Essential : Candidates should have passed 12th class with Science subjects and Diploma in Medical Laboratory with One year experience in the relevant field.
  • Desirable : Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Science.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION

Self-attested copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

  2. Date of birth certificate (10th Class Marksheet ).
  3. Paste a photo on the application form and send a photo together.
  4. EWS/ Caste Certificate. if you belong to reserve category.
