EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Interested candidates should have a Bachelor Degree of Medical Laboratory Science. And should have two years of work experience.

• The age limit will be calculated as per the last date ( 14 September 2020 ) for submission of application.

Reserved category candidates will be given relaxation as per rules.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION

Self-attested copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

1. Educational and professional qualification certificate.
2. Date of birth certificate (10th Class Marksheet ).
3. If you belong to reserved category then copy of your caste certificate.
4. Copy of your experience certificate.
5. One additional passport size photographs with the applicant’s name written in capital letters.
6. 300 rupees bank draft as applicable.The candidate should keep a duplicate copy of the receipt with him / her safely.
7. A copy of the medical certificate if the candidate is physically handicapped.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

• Must write  ” Application for the post of _ _Medical Laboratory Technologist ”  and your caste / class on the envelope containing the application.
