Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist

• Candidate should have passed at least +2 Examination from recognized board.
• Passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.

Grade-III Stenographer

• Candidate should have passed at least +2 Examination from recognized board.
• Passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
• Possess minimum speed of 80 words in short hand and 40 words in type writing per minute.

Junior Typist

• Candidate should have passed at least +2 Examination from recognized board.
• Passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
• Possess minimum speed of 40 words in type writing per minute.

The candidate shall be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard. For more information read the official notification.

9. Two Character Certificates issued by two different gazetted officers/medical practitioner/Sarpanch.
10. Self attested copy of Certificate of Diploma in Computer Application.
11. Two self attested passport size photographs should be submitted with the Form
12. Two Self addressed envelopes, each affixed with adequate postage stamps.
13. Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

General Conditions And Instructions

• The envelope must be clearly super-scribed on the top as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF_____CATEGORY_____.
• Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
• No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
• Candidates should not submit multiple applications for the same post.
• Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph application will be rejected.
