After ensuring the correctness of the details in the MPESB Group 3 application form, candidates are required to pay the Sub Engineer , Sahayak Manchitrakar, Technician & Others application fee through the payment gateway on the Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) website integrated with the online application. Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available upto 12 September 2026 at 24.00 hrs.

The MP Group 3 Recruitment 2026 fee payment can be made by using Debit card, Credit card and Net Banking etc by providing information as per the instructions on the your computer screen.

Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the MPESB Group 3 online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation or equivalent/ Birth certificate will be accepted by the Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted. Online Application → Computer Based Examination (200 Marks) → Merit/Percentile Score → Post Preference & Allocation → Document Verification by Concerned Department → Final Appointment.

The MPESB Group 3 Combined Recruitment Exam 2026 (II) selection process is based on a Computer Based Online Examination followed by document verification and appointment by the concerned department. The notification states that eligibility remains provisional at the examination stage and certificates are verified by the concerned department during the appointment process.

1. Computer Based Examination

There will be one question paper carrying 200 marks.

The examination is conducted separately for the respective posts based on the syllabus prescribed by the Board.

2. Merit List

Candidates who obtain the prescribed minimum qualifying marks are included in the list of successful candidates. The successful candidates are arranged in descending order of marks/score.

The examination result is prepared on the basis of the percentile score where applicable under the examination rules.

3. Post Preference and Allocation

Candidates can provide their post preferences while filling the online application. Post allocation is made according to the candidate’s merit/percentile and the preference order. Once a post is allotted at a particular preference level the candidate is not considered for subsequent lower preferences.

4. Document Verification

The documents and eligibility of candidates are not finally verified by MPESB at the application stage. The eligibility remains provisional during the computer-based examination. The concerned department verifies the required educational qualification and other certificates during the appointment process.

5. Final Selection and Appointment

After the examination and preparation of the successful candidates’ list the concerned departments proceed with the document verification and appointment against the available vacancies.

A 15% waiting list of the selected candidates is also prepared based on the available vacancies. This waiting list remains valid for one year from declaration of the result or until the declaration of the result of a new examination whichever is earlier.

MP Group 3 Recruitment 2026 Online Registration and Submission process will be terminated by 12 September 2026 at 24.00 hrs. Candidature of such applicants who fail to complete online submission of MPESB Group 3 application form by stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
