The recruitment for CSA PO and Specialist Officers follows a two stage selection method. Every stage is important because final merit is prepared after combining the online exam score and the interview score. Below is a clear and easy to understand explanation of the complete process.
Stage 1. Online Written Examination
The online exam is held for all posts. The test follows objective type questions. Each question has five answer options. There is negative marking where one fourth mark is deducted for each wrong answer. The exam is conducted only in English.

The exam marks are normalized if the test is held in multiple sessions. Cutoff marks are applied section wise and also on total marks.
Stage 2. Interview
Candidates who qualify the online exam are called for interview. The bank checks communication skill subject knowledge and overall suitability for the post. The interview is held at selected locations decided by the bank.
The final selection depends on performance in both exam and interview combined. Only those declared medically fit receive the appointment letter.

- Candidates must bring their call letter and valid photo ID on exam day
- No request for change of exam centre is accepted

- A bond of two years is required for selected candidates
Final Selection
