The selection process for all posts will be conducted in the following stages:

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)

• Eligible candidates will be called for Computer Based Test (CBT).
• The test will be conducted online.
• Candidates will be shortlisted based on CBT performance.

Stage 2: Trade Test

• Trade Test will be conducted for applicable posts.
• The Trade Test will be qualifying in nature.
• Final shortlisting will be based mainly on CBT marks and qualifying the Trade Test wherever applicable.

Stage 3: Document Verification

Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of:

• Educational certificates
• Experience certificates
• Caste/EWS/PwBD certificates
• ID proof
• Apprenticeship certificate
• Driving licence (where required)
• Other required documents

Stage 4: Medical Examination

• Candidates clearing document verification will undergo Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
• Final appointment will be subject to medical fitness as per NALCO norms.

Final Selection

Final selection will be made on the basis of:

• Performance in CBT
• Trade Test qualification (if applicable)
• Successful document verification
• Medical fitness
