North Eastern Police Academy (NEPA) is one of the premier institutes in India which provides training and development programs to the police forces in the North Eastern region of the country. NEPA is known for its high standard of training and has produced some of the best police officers in the country. Recently, NEPA announced Walk-in-Interview for various job posts.
NEPA will shortlist the candidates on the basis of their eligibility criteria and merit. Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview, which will be conducted at NEPA campus.
During the Personal Interview, the candidates will be assessed on the basis of their communication skills, subject knowledge, work experience and overall personality. The interview panel will consist of senior NEPA officials, who will ask questions related to the job position and the candidate’s background.
After the interview, the selection panel will assess the performance of each candidate and final selection will be done on the basis of merit. Selected candidates will receive a formal job offer, which they can accept or decline based on their preferences.
North Eastern Police Academy is looking for candidates who are passionate about their work, have a strong work ethic, and possess the required qualifications and experience.
