NHPC Apprenticeship Age Limit

Date of Birth filled by the candidate in the NHPC Apprenticeship online application form and the same recorded in the Matriculation/ Higher Examination Certificate will be accepted by the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) for determining the age and no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted. The age limit for NHPC Apprenticeship is;

NHPC Apprenticeship Eligibility Criteria

• Must have ITI Pass in respective Trade (NCVT/SCVT) (Regular Mode) from any recognized Institute.

NHPC Apprenticeship Selection Process

The eligible and shortlisted candidates will be issued call letter through mail for NHPC Apprenticeship interview intimating date/time and venue. Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trade, performance in the NHPC Apprentice Personal Interview and successful verification of their documents.

Weightage

• Educational Qualification- 20%
• Technical Qualification- 40%
• Personal Interview- 40%

The selected candidates are required to submit a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by District Civil Surgeon or equivalent authority.

Preference shall be given as under:

The 1st priority shall be given to the applicants from Salooni & Churah Tehsil of District Chamba, being adjoining areas of National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) on the basis of their proof of residence. The 2nd preference shall be given to the applicants of District Chamba other than Salooni & Churah Tehsil.

Candidates should submit their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application through offline mode only (By Speed Post/ Registered Post/ by Hand Only). Application received after the last date (10 January 2025) or applications incomplete in any respect will not be considered.

Required Documents to be Attached with the Application Form

Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

• Print out of Apprenticeship Application form.
• Educational and Technical qualification certificates.
• Caste Certificate, if candidate belong to reserved category.
• Copy of Birth Certificate and Domicile Certificate.
• Character Certificate issued by the Sarpanch / Gazetted Officer.
• Copy Aadhaar Card, PAN Card etc.
• Passport size photograph.
• Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

General Conditions & Instructions

Candidates must clearly subscribed the word, “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ____ CATEGORY____” on the top of the envelope while sending the Rewari Court application form.

• Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
• No cutting or over harvesting in the NHPC Apprentice application form.
• Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph NHPC Apprentice application will be rejected.
• This National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) office shall not be responsible for any kind of postal delay.
• The candidates must write their name, date of birth, father’s name and mother’s name strictly as given in the matriculation certificate otherwise their candidature be cancelled as and when it comes into the notice of the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC).
• The details of eligibility, qualifications, terms and conditions, necessary documents. application format, syllabus etc. are available in the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) Official website.

How to Apply for NHPC Apprentice Recruitment 2024

The candidate must have a valid mobile number & E-Mail ID before applying for apprenticeship. The eligible candidates should register themselves on Apprenticeship portal at apprenticeship.gov.in and apply through the portal. The Registration number, generated in the portal should be mentioned in the relevant column of NHPC Apprenticeship Application Form of Baira Siul Power Station.

The candidate has to take print out of NHPC Apprenticeship Application form and send along with Passport size photograph, all the self-attested certificates of Educational qualification, Caste Certificate, copy of Aadhaar card, ITI Mark sheets & certificates, Domicile certificate, PAN card etc. to the below mentioned address by Speed Post/Registered Post/ by Hand till 10 January 2025.
