PFRDA Assistant Manager Selection Process 2025 |
✅ Phase I – Online Screening Examination
- This phase consists of two papers, each carrying 100 marks.
- Both are objective type (MCQs) and bilingual (Hindi & English), except the English test.

✅ Phase II – Online Examination
This phase also consists of two papers, each of 100 marks, and is stream-specific.

- Interviews can be conducted in English or Hindi.
- Weightage in final merit:
- Phase II: 85%
- Phase III (Interview): 15%
⚠️ Final Selection
The final merit list is prepared based on the total marks obtained in Phase II and Interview.
This selection process ensures only the best-suited candidates for the Officer Grade ‘A’ position across various streams like General, IT, Legal, Finance, Actuary, Research, and Rajbhasha.
