REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION

Self-attested copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

1. All Educational and Technical qualification certificate.
2. Birth certificate (Mark sheet ).
3. Caste certificate, if you belong to reserved category.
4. Copy of Experience. if any.
5. Copy of Employment Exchange Card, if any
6. Copy of Aadhar Card.
7. NOC in original from present employer in case of Government Servant.
8. Discharge certificate in case of ex-servicemen.
9. Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

• The candidates must clearly super scribe ““Application for the post of _____ ” on the top of the envelope in Capital letters.
• No cutting or mistakes in the application.
• The applications received after the last date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Incomplete/illegible/ineligible applications will be deemed invalid and rejected.
• Merely fulfilling selection criterion does not entitle a person to be called for test.
• The employer has the right to cancel or modify the notification without assigning any reasons thereof.
• Syllabus for written test will be as per essential qualification mentioned against posts.
• No TA/DA is admissible. Duration of the test can be four to five days, when candidates will make their own arrangement for lodging/boarding
• Neatly written/ Typed Application to be forwarded on A4 size paper.
• Candidates are allowed to apply only for any one type of post. Multiple applications will be rejected.
• Department will not be responsible for any postal delay/loss.
