Publication Assistant

• Graduation or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma in Printing or 05 years’ experience in a printing press or a publishing house or a Government undertaking concerned with book publishing.
• Good knowledge of one or more languages and literatures with ability to handle literary material.
• Knowledge of various processes of printing and book publication.
• Basic knowledge of Computer application.
• Age Limit: 35 Years

Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)

• Passed 10th pass or ITI equivalent from a recognised Board / Institution.
• Multi skilling with one employee performing jobs hitherto performed by different Group D employees.
• Age Limit: 30 Years

Sales-cum Exhibition Assistant

• Graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognised university or institution.
• Knowledge of selling of books and latest methods of sales promotion techniques.
• 03 years’ experience in a publishing house or a distribution agency of repute or a Govt. undertaking concerned with book publishing.
• Basic knowledge of Computer application
• Age Limit: 40 Years

Technical Assistant

• Graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution.
• Diploma in Book Publishing.
• 5 years’ experience in a printing press or a publishing House or a Govt. undertaking concerned with book publishing.
• Knowledge of various processes of printing and book publishing.
• Basic knowledge of computer application.
• Good knowledge of one or more Indian languages and literature with ability to edit literary material.
• Age Limit: 35 Years

Proof Reader cum General Assistant

• Graduation or equivalent qualification from recognized university or institution with Hindi/English as a Subject.
• Ability to read proofs in English/Hindi and Proficiency in English/Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of computer application and Desktop publishing application.

Candidates should submit their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application through offline mode only (By Speed post/Registered post only). Application received after the last date (05 February 2024) or applications incomplete in any respect will not be considered.

Required Documents to be Attached with the Application Form

Copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

• Caste Certificate, if candidate belong to reserved category.
• Domicile Certificate & Residential Certificate.
• Copy of Birth Certificate/ Age Proof.
• Self-attested photocopy of Aadhar-card/ Other ID Card.

General Conditions & Instructions

Interested candidates should send their applications as per format attached and properly sealed in an envelope to subscribe the words “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _____ CATEGORY____” on the top of envelope.

• Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
• The application can be filled by the candidates either in English or Hindi.
• Separate application for each post should be applied. One candidate shall apply only one application.
• The date of written test / skill or trade test/ Interview (as applicable) will be intimated to eligible candidates separately.

• Incomplete, incorrect, wrongly filled, over writing, without signature, without photograph Sahitya Akademi application will be rejected.
