Application Fee
After ensuring the correctness of the details in the SBI bank clerk application form, candidates are required to pay the SBI clerk application fee through the payment gateway on the State Bank of India (SBI) website integrated with the online application. Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available upto 23:59 hrs of 26 August 2025. No change/edit will be allowed thereafter.

The selection process for SBI Clerk 2025 has three main stages:
🔹 Phase 1: Preliminary Examination (Prelims)

Candidates who qualify in the prelims are called for the main exam.

🔹 Phase 3: Local Language Test
After the mains, a language proficiency test is conducted for candidates who do not provide proof of studying the local language in 10th or 12th.
- Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding the opted local language.
- Those who fail the test will be disqualified from final selection.

The final merit list is based on marks scored in the main examination. Prelims are only qualifying in nature.

📌 Bonus Marks for SBI Apprentices
Candidates who successfully completed SBI Apprenticeship training (1 year) on or after 1 Jan 2022 and passed the Trade Test, will get 5 bonus marks (2.5% of 200) in the mains.
