📋 SBI PO Selection Process 2025 – Overview
The SBI PO recruitment process is divided into three phases:
- Preliminary Exam (Phase-I)

Only those who clear each phase separately will be shortlisted for the final merit list.
🧪 Phase-I: SBI PO Preliminary Examination
The Prelims is a qualifying exam conducted online. It consists of 100 questions in objective format.

Only those who qualify in Phase-II are invited to this final round.

B. Group Exercise (GE)
- Marks: 20
- Activities include discussion on case studies or current affairs
C. Interview
