FEE PAYMENT MODE
- All candidates can pay the examination fee through Demand Draft (DD) Only.

- Candidates must write their name, address with mobile number and post name on the back of Demand Draft.
AGE LIMIT
- Minimum Age Required : 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limits : 25 Years

- The sportspersons should have been born between 02-01-1997 and 01-01-2004.
SOUTHERN RAILWAY SPORTS QUOTA ELIGIBILITY
- Level-2 or 3 :
- (a) Represented the Country in Olympic Games (Senior) (Category-‘A’) (OR)
- (b) At least 3rd position in the World Cup (Junior/ Youth/ Senior category).
- World Championships (Junior/Senior category).
- Asian Games (Senior Category).
- Commonwealth Games (Senior Category)/
- Youth Olympics (Category-‘B’).
- Educational Qualification : 12th Pass (+2 Stage)
- Level-4 or 5:
- (a) Represented the Country in the World Cup (Junior / Youth / senior category) /
- World Championships (Junior / Senior Category).
- Asian Games (Senior Category).
- Common wealth Games (Senior Category).
- Youth Olympics (Category – B) (OR)
- (b) At least 3rd position in the Common wealth Championship (Junior/Senior).
- Asian Championship (Junior/senior).
- Asia Cup (Junior/senior).
- South Asian Federation (Senior).
- USIC (world Railways) championships (senior).
- World University Games- (Category-C) (OR)
- (c) At least 3rd position in Senior/Youth/Junior National Championships (OR)
- (d) At least 3rd Position in National Games organized under the Aegis of Indian Olympic Association. (OR)
- (e) At least 3rd Position in All India Inter University Championships organized under the Aegis of Association of Indian Universities (OR)
- (f) 1st position in Federation Cup Championship (Senior Category).
- Educational Qualification : Graduation Degree

- Applications sent by courier will not be acknowledged. However, the agencies can drop the applications in the box kept in the office premises.
- Filled-in applications can also be directly dropped in the box kept in the office premises at the above mentioned address on or before the closing date and time.
DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION
Self-attested copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.
- Educational and professional qualification certificate.
- Date of birth certificate (Mark sheet Copy).
- Caste Certificate. If you belong to the reserved category.
- Experience Certificate (Optional).
- Copy of Sports certificate.
- Original Demand Draft. As applicable for your category.
- Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS
- The applicant should write the “APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT AGAINST SPORTS QUOTA (OPEN ADVERTISEMENT) FOR THE YEAR 2021-22“.
- Fill all the columns of the application yourself, in English in plain and capital letters.
- No cutting or over harvesting in the application.
- INVALID APPLICATIONS: Candidates must ensure that their applications are complete in all respects. Applications, which suffer from the following deficiency will be summarily rejected.
- Applications not in the prescribed format/missing columns as per News paper advertisements, incomplete or illegible applications.
- Applications without photograph, unsigned applications, unattested certificates. Under-aged or over-aged candidates or Date of birth column not filled or wrongly filled.
- Applications without left hand thumb impression. Smudged/illegible left hand thumb impression.
- Applications without Demand Draft of requisite value (applicable only to candidates who are not eligible for fee exemption)/Demand Drafts not payable at Chennai.
- Applications without proof of date of birth, educational qualification, sports achievements and other qualifications etc.
- Applications received after the closing date and time..
