- Professional Proficiency: Candidate will have to take a dictation test for 10 minutes in English or Hindi at 80 words per minute. Candidates who opt to take the test in English will have to record the subject in 50 minutes on the computer. And the candidates who choose to take the test in Hindi will have to transcribe the subject on the computer in 65 minutes.
