Directorate General of Defence Estates (DGDE) invites applications from candidates who have respective qualification to fill 97 vacancies of Jr. Hindi Translator, Sub Divisional Officer, Hindi Typist Post through “DGDE Hindi Translator/ Typist and SDO Vacancy 2021 Notification” from 04 November to 15 January 2022. Any candidate who wants to get the opportunity of service through the department. They can send the application form By Ordinary Post.

IN FAVOR OF :- PRINCIPAL DIRECTORATE DEFENCE ESTATES SOUTHERN COMMAND PUNE  payable at Union Bank of India, Headquarter Southern Command Branch, Pune-01.

  • Applicants should write their name, post name and full postal address (including mobile number) on the Demand Draft.

AGE LIMIT

  • Minimum Age Required : 18 Years
  • Maximum Age Limit : 27/30 Years (Post Wise)
  • Age Limit as on : 15 January 2022
  • Additional Age Relaxation As Per Rules.





CANDIDATES ELIGIBILITY DETAILS

  • Junior Hindi Translator:
    • Master’s degree in Hindi/English as a compulsory/elective subject or as medium of examination at degree level. OR
    • Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi/English medium and English/Hindi as a compulsory /elective subject or either as a compulsory /elective subject at degree level.

  • Sub Divisional Officer:
    • Matriculation pass from a recognised Board.
    • Diploma or Certificate in Surveying or Draftsmanship (Civil) of not less than two years.
  • Hindi Typist:
    • Matriculation or equivalent examination from recognized School/Board.
    • Speed of not less than 25 words per minute in Typewriting in Hindi.

  • Written and Skill test shall be held at Pune/Delhi (NIDEM)/ Barrackpore Cantt.(Kolkata).

Documents at this address, including self-attested copies, should be sent by Ordinary Post on or before the last date .


REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION

Self-attested copies of the following certificates should be sent along with the application. Original certificates should not be sent with the application.

  1. All Educational and Technical qualification certificate.
  2. Birth certificate (Mark sheet ).
  3. Caste certificate, if you belong to reserved category.
  4. Copy of Experience, Residence Certificate.
  5. Ex Servicemen Certificate.
  6. Two self attested envelopes with Rs. 10/- postal stamp.
  7. Two additional self attested passport size photographs.
  8. Attach other necessary documents with the application form.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

  • The candidates must clearly super scribe “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF (POST NAME)” on the top of the envelope in Capital letters.
  • Candidates appearing for written test and skill test will travel on their own expenses.
  • No cutting or mistakes in the application.
  • Directorate General of Defence Estates (DGDE) reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, if necessary.
